Awful and they are trying to scam me for the deposit Positive: The location Negative: So these people are trying to keep my deposit apparently the cleaner had to take more time in cleaning the apartment cause it was a mess Few things: it wasn’t a mess rubbish was bagged up to a side, pots washed (which wasn’t clean to begin with, and they are also saying I have robbed some bedding!!!!! HOW , why would I want to have used stained bedding??? I washed said bedding and left it in the dryer I never put it back on because I was leaving the bathroom smells of limescale I had to buy smelly things to leave in the bathroom it was awful I never write reviews but considering this place is trying to keep my money when they pay the cleaner already to clean which I’m fuming about the deposit is there I case things are broken NOT the cleaner, I’m fuming I always bag rubbish up The floor in the bedrooms are very very lob sided I fell out the bed into the wall the first night because I forgot out the floor Again I have warned you about the smell in the bathroom it’s gross Downstairs toilet stopped working And oh they cleaner isn’t a great cleaner if they leave nails on the floor and bodily hair in the sink (see pictures) I never complain about anything but these people will keep your deposit and say anything to keep it. Also the morning of leaving we was still in bed some random guys walked in the accommodation I heard him talking he said I’ve come to fix the sink (the sink was fine) And nobody told me someone was coming so yeah watch out for that And the other review about 70 steps where very much correct Would recommend this place has surface cleaning and not deep clean and they try to keep your security deposit

كانت اقامة ممتعه Positive: كانت الشقة نظيفة للغاية وتعامل المالك في قمة الاحترام والاستجابة السريعة لاي استفسار الموقع مميز وقريب الهايد بارك وايضا قربه لمحطات الاندر قراوند والبقالات ومنطقة paddington Negative: من العيوب : تقع في الدور الثالث ولايوجد مصعد الدرج متعب للغايه تقريبا 70 درجة مساحه غرف النوم صغيرة نوعا ما
